Ok here it is. I am a very no violent person, a person who does not watch nasty movies or reads twisted books or anything like that. I dont even think about terrible things unless someone brings stuff like that up, which by the way is very rarely.
So why do I have such ... disturbing dreams. For instance the other night I had a dream that I was looking in a mirror and I pulled up my shirt to see my waist and I saw that my stomach was starting to rot and that I was very skinny, like starving skinny and I had a small hole where I could see inside.
I realised I was dieing... and I was not afraid just suprised.

It was terrible to see and I have other very visual dreams of terrible things like that. I dont know why though. I have no reason....

But are you aware enough to watch your mind constantly to see what it is seeing?

Many times the things we see are mirror images of what we see in our real life. So you could have been walking down the street and seen a rotting apple. We usually think o f worms in apples even if we can't see the worm ourselves.

As we sleep our minds try to flush down the toilet images of what we have seen during the day. As it is being flushed we may perceive that image in a dream.

A good 90% of all our dreams are just crap that is being flushed out and should be summarily dismissed as having any meaning or pertinence. It's the other 9% that have any meaning in our day to day lives and <1% which have any real lasting value.

    Now, onto the dream...

Even though we may be non-violent on the outside, we have have violent dreams when we wish we could say the things which upset us. So, if your non-violence is conditioned, perhaps through perceiving oneself as being weak, then our subconscious will mirror our frustrations.

If I had to guess the meaning of your dream, then I would say that it may be a warning to constantly smell your food before you take a bite out of it because you may be getting a stomach flu in the immediate future. So watch the mayo and don't eat chicken which you haven't prepared yourself. It goes without saying that you should be very suspect of seafood, to only buy it at well established restaurants with a good track record.

I think these things have no real reason, for example last night I had about 3-4 very violent dreams. Your mind is powerfull, dont let it get to you.

"Starving" may be the operative word, signifying that that which you crave, desire, aspire to, hope for, is not coming. It could be something as simple as love, that you desperately want to be loved. The rotting would then signify your frustration, your anger; the small hole saying that if you aren't careful that that small little hate you're carrying inside you won't grow and swallow you up. It could be something petty which you allow to grow into a mountain. This little bud of hatred or resentment could be the death of you; it could destroy a loving relationship, for instance.
