Well, it really depends on what you like, you can check out the friends section at http://myspace.com/promoe for artists he has worked with and likes etc (the ones represented on myspace atleast).

I'm into alot of artists in the reggae scene so naming artists is hard for some reason, in fact, when it comes to reggae, i can't name a "bad" artist. But well the marley family, the whole jamaican reggae scene, some awesome stuff from the US like Soja...mystic roots should be from somewhere around there too (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfqpNgugzA8 for song example, awesome song). Some awesome artists from Europe like Lyricson and the swedish reggae scene. some original shit from Africa (these kinda songs are hard to pass by).

If you were talking about Promoes style then i'm afraid this mate is pretty unique, I also respect good hiphop and this guy has the whole reggae/hiphop package, but you can check artists like Chords...noone matches promoe though.

That's offtopic though, music might deserve its own thread.

 

Mark Mohr of Christafari has some real pretty ones^^. a friend of mine showed me that band not too long ago, then i found some pics of em and realized his dreads are awesome^^
