I am currious to what you method is of cleaning it out before you engage in any anal play? As for myself Iv used this straw and funnel, and a turkey baster. I usually use tap water, but have tried some milk before. I am interested in any methods and/or solution u use for cleaning it out. haha

AltF4 is talking about douching not just general cleaning. However, I don't douch and I engage in anal sex. I've never really encountered a problem with feces. Though I'm sure douching works very well.
I don't clean up there. If I feel it's got stuff up there I'll try again the next day or night. It's rare there's anything in there, I'm pretty regular...
You can buy anal douches very inexpensively at many online sex shops. Water works perfectly fine. You can try different temperatures but the hot water from a shower is probably very close to your own body temp. After about two rinses you will be good to go. There are some that have a bumpy surface for some pleasure when you insert them. Nothing wrong with that!
