HAIR QUESTION! Help my friend. Ahh

    Hey, I myself already have dreads
    and I dreaded my hair when it was fairly long.
    My friend has short hair, but wants his dreads
    to be long and full. Should he wait untill
    his hair grows out more? Or should he
    just dread his hair and wait till they mature and
    grow in on their own???
