There's a neo-Nazi at my school

I really don't know what I should do about it. She doesn't really preach hate at school, but in small ways this is what she represents. She's got a giant tattoo across her back with the Nazi eagle and "Weisser Stolz" (german for "white pride")

she doesn't show it at school, but you can see it through some of her shirts. her facebook also has a bunch of nazi shit on it. ​

I've talked to her about her philosophies and she said things like she "doesnt believe in mixing" and she's a holocaust denier. ​

I'm a Jew, and I made it very clear when I talked to her. I know that she doesn't want to kill me or anything like that, but I see her as a huge threat anyway. She's 18 and has a 34 year old nazi boyfriend who was a member of the white nationalist party or something like that... he's a threat even more than she is. (In asserting my Judaism, I also made a display picture for MSN that had a yellow star like the jews had to wear in nazi european countries, but instead of "Jude" it said "Don't worry, I'm sterile." It wasn't supposed to help anything, only be an expression of my horrible sense of humour.)​

There have been a few examples of hate in my school (in the form of nazi graffiti and signs hung on doors and windows. I can't fairly say that she had anything to do with it because there's no evidence, but I know for sure that she promotes this kind of a culture in the school.​

So does anyone have any idea what I can/should do about it?​

You should do absolutely nothing about it o.o She can be a Nazi if she wants to be.

since she's not preaching hate at school or anything (not yet anyway) then I guess there's not much you CAN do :S

I can't say that I've seen any of that at my school (nazi graffiti etc) but I guess there probably are some people that would do things like that.

There are always going to be people like that, wherever you go. Most of them have very strong views and opinions, and probably won't change them, no matter what ANYONE says =[ unfortunately I don't think I would do anything at the moment. But if there is evidence that she has been saying/doing cruel and racist things then maybe you should tell your coordinaters/principal.

umm who cares? If she threatenes you thats a different story but she hasnt its freedom of speech. Its also freedom of speech for you to wear a shirt that has a picture of satan buttfucking hitler.

 

Don't waste your valuable time hassling with this person. These people are confused and deluded and nothing will help them til they realize how messed up they are and then maybe they will change. One of the things that gives them power is for people to get upset about them. They thrive on that. Treat them politely if you must interact but put your valuable attention into more positive things and people.

 

Whose right is it to say there fucked up they just have a different opinon. No matter how wierd and scary it may seem to me and you . It doesnt give us the right to call them sick in the head they probaly think the same thing about us.

Perhaps my language was too strong but anyone who denies history and advocates racial superiority has some problems. Sorry but some people's opinions are just wrong, not just another way of looking at things. If we don't take moral stands once in a while, we're lost.

Really, she has a right to free peach, it's only when she starts talking about killing people you should be worried.

I've seen Christian-Sectarian people at my school. They're not very bright.

 

I agree they have the freedom of their ideologies just like we have our own.

But I wonder what the true National Socialists of the Third Reich who were interested of high culture would've thought about these punk-styled thugs who have their bodies painted with tattoos? Tattoos and graffitis aren't even white culture originally...

 

The true National Socialists of the Third Reich didn't even hate Jews, they just loved power and money... which they got by saying that they hate Jews.
The whole anti-semitic movement is a movement of idiots, the so called "uneducated class" that somehow bought the "Arian" ideaology and never truly let go.

I'm from Poland. As you may know my country was obstruction which Hitler wanted to destroy. Poland was first country which resisted of the hitler army. People defended themselves, polish culcture, language, tradition all the time.

Now we can see some kind of counterfenting the history. People from other countries begginng says that Poland start a second world war, Poland destroyed and murdered jewish and Poland asssume the concentration camps!

I think some people really beliefs to those drivels. Some time I saw the girl from Germany who said that Polish people murdered unguilty german people!


And those events affect polish people too. They gloessed over and helped jewish not kill them. And if you heard that the Poland was jewish destroyer you meet with the hitler's propaganda.

German want to erase the black history of they country but this is impossible. The truth never die.

 

Ok, as you know country is not one, and you can find every kond of people in every country. i heard some of good stories about the ss-mans too.
Look for all not for one.

Why you find only bad things about poles? In second world-war died a lot of poles too. Jewish are not only victims. Main Aushitz Birkenau was a concentration camp for polish people, after 2 years for jewish. Polish people are aggrevied as well as jewish people. jewish, and polish was a trash in eyes of Hitler. In Warsaw you could find nameplates with: park is only for german people, jewish, poles and DOGS allowed. I'm not attacking jewish, I'm only telling you about the real history. I'm so glad about your grandfather, and i can only abash of your grandfather's tragedy, but look for others.


People who still whorshipping nazism, Hitlerism are completely bessoted. They see only one side of medal. Notabene, last time i heard about the russian nasist, so you can see...

My school was one with mostly pupils from the Middle-East, North-Africa and Suriname. We had no nazis.

 

However, nowadays nationalism and racism is very prevalent in eastern-European countries, including poland. I know a lot of NS-bands and a LOT of them are from Poland, Ukraine, Russia etc.

And European jews had a very hard time throughout history, not only during WWII. They've always been isolated and blamed for everything, also by the Polish people.

 

Well, she probably makes it only difficult for herself. Or does she have many people who sympathize with her? Well, even then you should them let them be in their dellusional opinions based on twisted historical facts. Until they start to hassle people of course, but then it's not freedom of speech anymore. I hope, and in the first place for herself, it's 'only' an adolescent stage and she gets her facts straight one day.

 

Haha, then she'd still have that tattoo...
