...majored in in a college or a trade school? What did you plan on becoming with that degree? How did you or how will you go out an look for a job in that field?
im only fifteen, but im going to go to eastern washington university to get a master's degree in teaching(i want to be an english teacher)
i just finished my 1st year of college majoring in spanish hopefully gonna try to find a job as a translator or something w/ the government
I did my BA in anthropology and development studies, and I'm gonna do my master's in either medical anthropology or development and human rights. I have about two months time to decide before I gotta start applying for master's. Hmmm.
I have a graphic art degree. Yeah...not the best choice in hindsight. Why pay an American designer $60 when you can farm it out to some Indian folk for six bucks?
i'm getting a BS in Business Mgmt right now i'm thinking about getting a Masters in Sports Mmgt or Sports Leadership
That pic is terrible. I'm double majoring in Writing and World Languages with a Honours (Interdisciplinary Studies) minor, and another possible Psychology minor. I'm thinking about changing my majors though, both are extremly impractical. I'll probably end up being a teacher or a rockstar with whatever major I choose.
I have my Associate's from the Community College of the Air Force, a BE from the University of Maryland, attended three complete courses at the Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center and two semesters at Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. And I do mostly volunteer work because I'd rather work honestly for free than slave for a wage while dealing with assholes and politics.
Why are you asking. Instead, I would rather hear what fires you up and what you want to take and why and how you think you can make a difference in life by doing your passion. I have done mine, hold four accreditations and use them and love each day as it allows me to do what I want. Now, what fires you? Love and light.
Never went to college. In high school, for my junior and senior year, I took automotive collision repair at a vocational school. Never went anywhere with that, it was just something I wanted to learn for use when some asshole hits my car and takes off.... Right now I'm working roofing, and cooking/delivering at a pizzeria.
my first major, when i matriculated, was in geology. not that i ever got very far with it. oh the geology classess themselves were great. and very useful for rockhounding out in the nevada outback. but no way was i ready for some of the other classess i bit off to go with it. then i took a bunch of drafting classess. then some electronix when personal computers were first comming out. then, the last time i took some classess, they were centered arround computer aided drafting. some one of these years i may want to take some machine shop classess. no i don't have any degrees, even associat's. but i do totally love learning more about things i'm interested in. i've long since stopped declairing majors. but when i get the chance i like to take classess. otherwise i just like to hang out in university engineering libraries. when and where the'll let me and i can get to them. which i can't very well anymore where i live now, where it takes half a day to get there on the bus, and i practically have to turn arround and head back not to miss the last connection to get home, and since i don't own a car. =^^= .../\...
I'm a secondary education major. But I've also been taking enough art classes to be an art major. Maybe someday I will go to art school.
I majored in Computer Information Systems, and now pretend to do software quality assurance while actually surfing the web all day
