Just finished my first year of college and gained 25 lbs! In high I always wanted to gain weight, but i was very active and could build then.. now here is my oppurtunity to build into some of this fat and get the body i have always wanted.. the only problem is i am not motivated enough to do this on my own, i really need a strong work out plan to follow and i am not very good at making my own up.. can anyone give me a good workout to tone my upper body?
