this situation is present every day and everywhere in Romania
Our authorities are careless!!! What can we do? The animal organizations from our country don't have enough power to change this situation..

 

Are the pictures really bad? Im not clicking it
but what you can do is write to your MP (or whatever you have wherever you live)

 

It was Romania. And some of you call Americans barbaric... People who abuse animals like that should be caned into a coma and forced to share a cell with a violent pedo. Makes me sick.
