It's free to have an account but you can't view other members' profiles or send them messages. With a free account you're also sent to the bottom of the list in a search. I suggest you pay for it at least for a month. If nothing comes out of it just cancel your subscription. Look at it this way, if it gets you laid once a month and only costs $20/month for a subscription it's well worth it. How much does a hooker cost? (Insert price>$20)
It is only free to cruize around the site and see simple search results such as usernames with a small picture (if the user has pics posted on the site). You may also visit groups and magazines for free. You may even post in them, I think, for free. Yet, to see anyone's profile, you have to pay. Is it worth it? Yes, in my opinion it is. I have been successful with the site. I must admit though, while there are some real people on the site, there are also quite a few fakes. Even among the real people, some will not actually go through with meeting, and may back out before actually meeting. I'd say that atleast two thirds of the members are serious about meeting. Oddly enough, couples have complained to me about single males lying about their "true" identity, or backing out at the last minute. The site really does have a few single females members that are real, but I had success in meeting with couples. none of them sites is free. it's all a lure to get you in then they pop up a fee on you & I mean always. if you find a site that lets you talk for free and message back & forth then let me know but i doubt you will.
If you get a certain number of profile views in a set amount of time you get 50 free profile views. I think women have a better chance of this happening then men though.
