So every now and then I have what I will refer to as "mind songs". They're basically a bunch of words I say to myself without any thought on what comes out. I do it randomly and actually can't help it. When it comes out, I do it in a singing-like manner.. Well, I got bored and decided I would write down the lyrics to one of these "mind songs" as they began exiting me. It goes like this: Allow your eyes to seek What the man sees as meek And be the earth in align with the sun And choose the words that they'd speak If they'd be the only people you could teach And I know where I'm going, that's not the point Don't you know there's something listening? It's calling in the rain, it says, hey why don't you hear me? And when I look to the sun, I feel as if i'm one Because the words come in translation, to me So be the best warrior you know you are Because the stars call in words quite far Hey people, won't you listen? There's a time for lies And there's a time for eyes But if you use them too much, You might not have such Cuz losses are what make us gain So liberate your head in style I know it takes a while But the truth is always timeless And if you are the man in the castle You'll live life without hassle But this isn't the meaning, don't you know? So doesn't wisdom exceed All those things that you need? Or does it take a loss of blood? But I'll call upon the horse And we'll ride through the course Maybe answers will come before us ... But anyways, what I was wondering was: do you think these mind songs have some sort of actual meaning to them or are just a bunch of jibberish (using the one above as an example) that automatically get sung out? And if you could actually interpret something out of the above "song", what would you interpret? I'm drawing blanks as I'm confused on the whole subject.
Yeah, I don't see why not. It's pretty much just words that escape without thinking. Like talking but unaware of what you are saying.

Actually .. . that's pretty cool in it's own unique way lol .. Seems like a method Robert Plant and Jimmy Page might have done (Stairway to Heaven, Achilles' Last Stand, etc) .. . or maybe Pink Floyd or Captain Beefheart ..
