    well.
like some of these other people's suggestions..
whenever you feel like you're going blast your emotions out/explode/other descriptive action word.. just excuse yourself calmly and collectively and do an activity that releases that emotional tension.. be it exercise, music, art, anything.
i mean you could smoke pot but then you will have an emotional attachment to the drug.
im just saying that if this happens often-might as well do something productive with yourself to control all those emotions. get in shape or become an artsy fartsy.
    whatever floats your boat.

    ook.
i just thought of a summary for what i just typed as i clicked the reply button.
i dont suggest using a substance-drug or medication-to help you manage your anger or calm you down. that would make you reliant on that particular substance. use your mind and/or body.
you're not always going to have pot or medication. and youll feel better about yourself if you can rely on yourself.

Screaming your head off is great if there's nobody else around to bear the brunt of it. Do it in the middle of the woods or something. Putting that kind of energy on other people for whatever reason will only come back to kick you in the ass. Believe me I know cause I been there and back. Practice keeping your shit together under all circumstances. It's a good option to have available.

I certainly wouldn't get stoned to get rid of my anger/temper problems! Maybe it will make you relaxed, but it isn't a magic medicine that fix your mind like that. You'd better save the joint for when your mind is a bit at ease, you'll enjoy it more as well. :)

The best way I can think off to get rid of my negative feelings and anger is a good old turn on the volume switch and play some good agressive music you can jump around to. Rage against the machine's debut probably does the trick ;)

Oh yes. Especially the first album. I thought I heard Killing in the name of enough, but awhile ago they played it in some kind of club and everyone turned loose, I just couldn't help myself neither! Especially at that climax :D
