It depends . IF youre a Goan from India you can get to portugal ( former portug . colony). French African countries - France is easiest etc etc Also depends on your qualifications and immigration status eg family in Europe/ asylum seeking. Dont necessarily expect an easy ride once youre in Europe tho. Alot of people feel immigration is allowed to push the wages of large groups of society down. I live in England , and cant say Id see why many people would want to emigrate here.
