Mirtaz 7.5

My shrink put me on Mirtaz(remeron) and it helped me sleep, but the mood still remains rascalish to slit-wristy.
He suggested a higher dose. 15mg.
Anyone else here who uses Mirtaz?

I 've been taking miraz 7.5 for a week. It is making me feel sleepy and drowsy. It seems as if nothing has left in the life. I am thinking of the suicide.
Is there any way out?
