I am having a slighlty early brunch of falafels and got to thinking how do you cook them?! Any tips??! Im not the best cook in the world!
They are best deep fried. Take your mix and make them into their signature balls. Drop them into your pot full of oil and let fry until they are somewhere between light brown and dark brown. Place upon an oil-absorbent paper towel on top of plate and let cool to taste. I prefer to place them in a pita with a lot of vegetables. I do hope this helps and is not to late.
