Actually, Napolean was majorly involved in the Illuminati secret society network in his time. As far as the quote goes, it really should be reversed. So many malicious acts are blamed on incompetence these days. 9/11 for one. But look at the evidence and you will see how utterly impossible it would be for the system to have been incompetent enough to miss those four planes, if it had been operating as usual. But it wasn't. Wonder why...
