I want them a pair white and the other pair red see I like the heaviness that go with the tops if I can do this it will be wicked. My two colours at the moment {laughs}. Theres a good craft shop here luckily, so anyway any ideas?

can't you read? is red the same as read? I would NOT recommend bleaching to white. Start with all cotton white trousers for that. bleach breaks down fibers. what you CAN do is use a bleach and water solution and oh, say, lace as a stencil (or make some, or free hand it) and dye colors over the discharge.
