I went outside in socks on the wet grass to see the last few minutes of the 4th July fireworks in front of the house. After a few minutes I decided to take them off and just be bare. Man the grass felt good!! So cool and refreshing! Anybody else here in the states celebrate by being barefoot?
Yep, I was barefoot all day. Saw lots of other barefoot people walking around in my neighborhood and in the supermarket too. Of course, it doesn't hurt that I live in a beach town--it's amazing how many people are willing to go barefoot when they're close to the beach.
