could be an illusion... if you look in the second video, a bit before the middle, you notice that the "flying humanoid" walks along a mountain ridge. you cant see the feet, but you can see leg movement pretty clearly

looks like a balloon to me. the part where it looks like it's running and such is just the scrub brush in front of it. it's a poor image. i watched the "enhanced" version, and it still looks like scrub brush in front of a balloon as viewed at a distance through a poor resolution camera.

 

I've never seen a balloon that looked like a witch flying.I've seen one with a cartoon drawing of a witch on it during halloween at stores etc.. But never one that looked like one.

Plus the officers saw it up close.One said she had dark skin,big eyes,long claws and a pointy hat!

 

yeah, like we've never seen people freak out over nothing at all. when you expect to see something, you see it, whether it's real or not. it's not unheard of for someone to make something deliberately to freak people the hell out.

Really though, I don't think it's a witch. Then again, I don't know what the hell it is. Whatever it is, it's pretty cool. It looks like an elaborately designed UFO of some sort.
