...is the best way to make money period. That goes for both male and female. Why is the government bent on trying to stop sex from selling if it's a way for the poor to earn money? Sex will happen either way, whether it's safe or not safe, so why is the government concerned with ppl who spend their money on safe sex and ppl who make money off of safe sex? If just about everybody could sell their body in sex for money it would make way for more jobs which we as a country need anyway. What can we do to change the law on this issue?
A lot of people have made fortunes off just that. But not with an open market. The market has always been controlled.
Prostitution laws are a state by state matter. for instance, in many places in Nevada prositution is 100% legal in licensed brothels (although not in Las Vegas, as many people believe), the federal government even once owned one (may still own one, but i can't be bothered to find out). In Rhode Island only outdoor, "street", prositution is illegal. Having sex for money in your private residence is a-okay by their standards. In most places it's only soliciting for prositution that's illegal, because trying to write the laws where someone recieves material goods in exchange for sex would make marriage illegal.
This country has a huge issue with shoving morals down people's throats. I personally can't see myself paying for sex at this point in my life, however, I see no reason why others shouldn't be allowed to, especially with all the diseases going around. Safe sex really is valuable.
