    He should be ashamed at himself too, he like most wait till they're close to retirement an try to clear their conscience.
    Hes been holding this in for 6 years? while cashing his paycheck.
    If he's not reitred now, im sure after this he soon will be .

    I think congress should focus on changing the legislation that allows our administration/Executive branch to appoint judges in general. Let Bush become known for taking that power out of the reach of political bribery. Perhaps future despots would be less likely to push their powers over the common good in the future.

    It's all about checks and balances...time this administration and their friends encountered a body check they won't enjoy dealing with in the future.

    I'd vote for a candidate that espouses this wouldn't you?

    Before you fix a plumbing problem you turn the water off first. I think it's time we shut the master valve down. Don't you get a little tired of being told they are within their rights and no laws were broken. It's time to deal with the problem in a logical manner.
