will this work seeding

hey just built this wasnt sure if it would work or not had to use all parts i found lieing around still need to get a flouro light iv got a normal light in there just to show u. i am hoping to keep babies in this for a week or so then move into the proper hydro setup and also how many plants do u recone i could fit in this?

also how many adult plants will i be able to fit in here bare inmind equipment still needs to go in for hydro
