[ My phlox... just starting to bloom. and... my not-so-impressive shade corner. I've thinned those ferns out at least a dozen times so far this year, and the hosta had to be transplanted to keep it safe from the pesky ferns. Those blobs are new lily-of-the-valley from Mom's yard. So far they're doing okay; I think they're in shock from moving out of sandy soil into my clay though. love, mom
Those lilies sure do look like they would be nice to wake up to. Our flowers are doing pretty good (the weather haven’t been the best so they could be a little better). Anyway I am playing hookey from work today so I thought I would take some photos of our flowers and add them to this thread if its ok. Cheers!
Hello! This is one of my flower areas when in boom there will be hundreds of duck daisies and poppies.
They were the free kind (our son gave us a bunch of seeds from his garden) and said they were pink. Cheers!
Heres a couple of our raised beds with hooped covers on them, turns them into Mini-green houses. We have 7 of these around the yard. Simple and cheap.......Dennis
Some of these pictures were taken back in May. This is a yellow David Austin rose I got in a collection I bought interspersed when the pyracantha is at it's prettiest. My Chicago Peace rose outdid itself this spring. This is Jackson and Perkin's new groundcover rose Happy Chappy.
This is right outside my bedroom slider. And the red flowers in this picture just finished blooming. I can't remember what they are. They are on the backside of the St. Francis statue leading down to the front lawn.
