My fav. for flavour would have to be Kali Mist... Very earthy, soily kinda taste to it- Lovely. Cheese has a very unique flavour as well (if it's the real deal- i.e. from a cutting), tastes almost chemically though my friends all grow bio...
dro....as far as i know, i've never heard of a strain called "dro." if someone says "dro" it usually, in my experience, means they at least think it was grown hydroponically. personally i prefer organic hands down every time. as far as strain, i'm rarely convinced of strain names people tell me when i'm buying something. for instance, the best pot i've ever smoked, based on effects, was identified as "pearl" by the people selling it. i loved it, it was amazing! but try as i have, i've found several different strains with the word pearl in the name, but never one listed simply as "pearl" and nothing else. oh, well! that stuff also tasted great, but i have to say the one and only time i bought some pot allegedly of a particular strain where i was REALLY convinced was when i bought an eighth of some bubblegum! it had to be bubblegum...it tasted, well, exactly like bubblegum! a really strong, sweet, tasty flavor, and very slightly fruity. it was excellent! i've had lots of pot, but almost never believe in what "strains" things are unless i know the grower, which is rare. i've had lots of tasty pot, but that bubblegum was the tastiest of the bunch.
Agreed on Bubblegum, Nesta. Have not had that strain for several years but the flavour is absolutely unmistakable... In Amsterdam I once had a strain called Apple Jack- Tasted and smelt almost identical to apples... Mixed it with some apple shisha in a hookah and it was gorgeous!
I also think that most dealers just make up fancy names so that they can peddle their drugs for more. Of course, there are strains that genuinely meet the hype surrounding them, and there are also unnamed strains that are just as awesome. However, I doubt that genetics mean much if the plants are grown in shitty conditions. A great strain stuck in some dirt and fertilized with miracle grow isn't going to be as badass as the same exact thing grown in optimal conditions.
i believe the strain was technicaly called g-13 but we called it garlic bud, had such a strong sweet taste it was overwhelming but i never pay attention to strains since theyre 90% meanningless anymore if it tastes good i enjoy it if it dont..i smoke it anyway thats all i need to know
Definately had to be either Grape Ape, or Pineapple Kush. Both of them had such an amazing fruity taste.
wow....there are quite a few but the most recent, best tasting i've had was some strawberry diesel.......pretty damn excellent in my opinion.
Bubblegum or blueberry yum yum. OOOR anything and I put a orange peel in the bag and it makes it taste a little different and smell awsomely like orange.
Lol that makes me think about Children of Men: "Cough...cough...you taste that? It's strawberry cough!" lol that guy was the man...I am so sad he got gatted. But he went out in style, "pull my finger" lol
