Was just wondering can i get a HPS light from any normal shop such as home base or sum where i onli need a small one, one for a small plant....
Yeah! Those places sell "Security Lights", with everything built into a single fixture. There are instructions floating around somewhere that tell how to "take them apart" to make them more managable. I think they run at about 70-150 watts. Make sure the bulb can be replaced with a "proper" grow bulb (they don't come in all sizes) at a later date.
You can get them at Home Depot or Lowes, but all those lamps are kinda small. Get on google and find a hydro shop near you, they are all over the place.
