So I started with Yaz, but it made me psycho so I switched to Ortho tri cyclen lo(which made the psycho-ness better). Well the first two months, I had breakthrough bleeding, the third month there was almost nothing. So I thought GREAT. I didn't have anymore bleeding after the 3rd month. Well, this is the 5th or 6th month now, and I have brown discharge, which usually means I'm going to start having breakthrough bleeding. Whats the deal here?! I know, when you first start a pill, you expect this, but I've been on it for about 6 months now. Is it time already to switch pills and is there a way to make this go away before this weekend? I have a weekend with my boyfriend starting friday. Any ideas? DO I need to switch? Is there a way to make the discharge go away? What shoudl I do, other than see the doc? I already intend to do that. Opinions?
