Coke And Weight Lifting

    Ok i am into lifting and i occasionally do coke (nothing more than doing like 5-10bucks worth once a week) and i was wondering if i took a LITTLE bit of coke before lifting, would i be able to lift more and by doing so gain more muscel?

    not a dr but that would be alota strain on ur heart. and if its good coke,itd mess with ur mental/physical capacities. u might not realise just what ur puting urself threw at the moment.doing ur reg work out can mess u up when ur on coke,but ull proly do even more cause ull be feeling good. than again, depending on the coke, u might just stop cause ur heart be beating to much.

    Well a lot of weightlifters used to use Ephedrine while they weight lifted. Primarily because it makes you feel good and notice pain less because you're feeling so good and pumping harder then normal. It'd probably be quite the strain on the body. You'd be more exhausted after the workout. Honestly I think you'd be better off with creatine if you're trying to build muscle faster. Coke is a CNS stimulant. It doesn't strengthen physical ability, just makes you think you're less fatigued.

    Although I take Adderall and I could see that making working out amazing, I wouldn't make a habit of it. It's putting the body through twice as much stress as normal.
