I am glad theres a lot of milk haters out there! People always make me feel like a freak cus I wont drink milk!
I totally agree.. I wouldn't drink 99 percent of the cow's milk out there if my life depende on it but I won't go into too much more detail or discussion on that because of the thread a few weeks ago.
i read 2 pages and decided to stop i love food, like all kinds of food yeah mayo is gross, meat loaf ew there's just so much good food out there though this thread made me want mac and cheese so i'm making some for breakfast
Supermarket hot dogs. 'Made with turkey, pork, and chicken'. That's the guts from turkey, pork, and chicken that they use instead of beef because it's dirt cheap and they don't know what else to do with that garbage. When they use that same stuff in dog food they say 'made with meat by-products'. .
yeah yeah. organic milk is an option, too. milk IS a natural food for humans, because someone, somewhere who was really really clever figured out they could stave off starvation by using the life product of an animal that consumed resources unavailable to us, ie. GRASS. deal with it.
Cant stand Mayo really, I hate it. I am a vegetarian, but I cant lie, steak and chicken taste amazingly good :& And I wasnt going to say anything, but TOMATOS?!>! I eat them all day, entire things like candy  They are my favorite food of all time, ever, the best
Organic Milk is still pasteurized and congealed glue that is nearly impossible to metabolize. It's great they treat animals humanely and I totally support that kind of thing, but that doesn't make me think milk is healthy. Did you actually watch the video I posted?
Mayo, green beans, tomatoes unless they're covered in dressing or something, and cottage cheese. What *IS* cottage cheese and why does it look like that??? Gross.
i was a vegan once. already been down that road, watched it all, read it all. i don't care if there's parts of the milk i can't digest. i can't digest insoluble fiber, either, but i don't stop eating grains. btw, it's a myth that dairy causes a build up of mucus anywhere in the body. studies have shown that people have the exact same reaction to soy milk. no discernible difference.
They both create mucus in the body...That is why allergies to both (soy and dairy) are so common. They both create inflammatory reactions in the body, some people just re-act more noticeably, or their more sensitive and attuned to their body. Likewise with grains and gluten allergies, their all very irritating foods. I think if you were to abstain from dairy for just a month, and then try drinking it again, you would notice you are reacting to it and your body trys to create mucus to deal with it, and pack it up to get it out of the body. The same thing goes for conventional grains, or soy. Home-made Hemp or Almond milk are ideal in my opinion....and raw organic fruits and vegetables that reduce inflammation in the body naturallly...
despite my arguments against your beliefs here, i hardly ever drink milk. i can't eat much in the way of nut, and very very little soy. milk, however, has never caused me trouble. my diet is primarily fresh food based, like i said, i WAS a vegan, for dietary reasons, until i relized it was making me ill. just because i eat meat now doesn't mean i'm a fast food sorta person. i don't know why when a person disagrees with someone else's skewed studies and viewpoints on certain food products people automatically revert to thinking they're mcdonald's eaters.
