Corset piercings?

Should i get one? for those of you who dont know what a corset piercing is... its 2 rows of piercings down you back were you lace ribbon through.

 

As for whether or not you should get one, I can't say one way or the other. But, while they are beautiful, to my understanding, they aren't usually permanent, because of issues with rejection. Here are a couple links I found about it. BME usually has pretty unbiased info.

wow... I think it looks really nice actually. I thought it sounded gross but looking at their pictures... it looks so pretty! You should get it done!

 

I fucking LOVE it. I've wanted them for ages. They won't stay. They're only temporary piercings and you have to wait for them to heal well before you lace it up. So if you're not into pain and have no patience, they're not for you.

But it's so hot!

to obtain a "permanent" corset, you would have to do good surface piercing, with surface bars (cannot stress this enough) and wait for them to heal (which can be a mission in it self). once that is done, put slave rings on the bars and lace it up (however tight lacing or prolonged periods will put much stress on the piercing and may lead to rejection anyway)

or go with rings and get a couple days out of it max.

 

thats interesting... i dont think there are such experienced piercers in El Paso though.

ive thought about getting them but im replacing them w/ tats since u see those cute lil rings that hold the ribbon? theyre not proper sort for piercings so theres complications

 

well if you are willing to take the risk, then yeah you should probably do it. I want to have one of those myself, but i still dont have the money so i guess ill wait some time.

 

it looks pretty gorgeous, but very painful , so if your willing go for it ( it also looks like it could easily be pulled out or irratated)

 

Thus why people who are serious about the piercing will get surface bars with slave rings. If the ribbons are tied too tightly or left in constantly then chances are the piercings will be too irritated to avoid rejection however.

 

yeah they are kinda cool but i would so never ever do that. im too much of a chicken to even get my ears pierced
and yeah they are temporary, so i would say you need a pretty good reason to do something like that.
