Been obsessed with this game recently...took me ages to even do a lap of the circuit. Anyone else into playing F1 or other racing games?

Word on the street is that the greatest racing series these days is Forza. Their selling point isn't just the really slick graphics (which they definitely have) or the realistic damage modelling (which they also have) but the extraordinarily realistic and accurate way the cars handle. There was an article in Popular Science, if you can believe that, where they tested the performance of an actual race driver in a real world time trial on a real world track, vs his performance on the simulated version of the course with a simulated version of the car he drove. The results were very similar for the two trials.

The newest Forza is out for the XBox 360, but if you just have the older XBox, you can get the first one, and definitely not be disappointed.

I have to say I'm more into the precision driving stuff. Things like Colin Mcrae and F1 games etc...particularly F1 games. :D
