Hey all, i've been searching around online and haven't been able to find any info. I just smoked as recently as last night (saturday), and I have a doctors check-up/physical thing this coming friday (the 20th). I was wondering if anyone knows if when they look at your piss sample that you have to give them, if they test for drugs...or if it would mess up my sample in some way. Should I re-schedule my appointment or just go in there and hope that they don't check? Can they do that legally? I don't even know....
Unless you scheduled a drug test, if they piss test you, it won't mean jack shit because they aren't just gonna randomly drug test you. That would be just rediculous.
Yeah, I hope so...because I figured there has to be some law about random drug testing...and they can't just randomly drug test you if you're going to the doctor.
they can't test for drugs in your piss unless your parents say to and if your parents don't know you smoke, then its fine

but of course, the experts have answered this question on these very same forums dozens of times before this. Once again you didn't really search, but its okay. and as had been said already, piss tests for physicals test for balances of proteins and whatnot in the urine not for the presence of legal or illegal drugs.
no, you're twenty.... unless you are in some major sports team or like some wierd ass job situation they wont drug test you... cuz thats just plain crazy.
You're an adult, doing a physical for your physical health. Unless they are instructed to test for THC content specifically, then it's fine. Doctor-patient confidentiality at it's best. They fill out the form, give no extra information, and are bound to secrecy. I think they look for parasites or something in the urine sample, not pot.
