life is really fucked up sometimes.....

you get to know someone for awhile, and then all of a sudden they vanish....

a coworker of mine was found dead early this morning.... he apparently cut himself on glass at this former restaurant of his..... the glass cut through a major artery and he died.

I didnt know him for long..... probably about a month...... but in that time I was really starting to get to know him...... he had the same music tastes as I did, and he had a great sense of humour........ he also was very talented at what he did.

I saw him the night before he went to his former restaurant (which he helped put together)..... he liked his fat tire beer..... I gave him 50 cents so he could have another beer before he left. I knew he was going to a party to celebrate the years of this sub shop before it was demolished....

I didnt think that would be the last time I would see him.

just so fucked up. how things would be fine and dandy one minute, and then they die.

this guy was a cool person....... I never seen him throw a fit, or nothing.... he was a mellow, cool person who never had anything bad to say.... so fucked up. I would have learned alot from this guy. he was about a year older than me, in the restaurant business as long as I have been...... it just sucks

what is really bad is reading through your local paper online with the blogs and reading terrible things by people who dont even know him....... and they assume certain things and make horrible replies.

 

Ya sometimes people suck. Most of the time people should keep their opinions about this stuff to themselves. It is not fare to people who knew him and cared about him to have others who don't know anything talking about things they don't know.

Sometimes you just fade away from a friend, and never see them again. It is almost the same as death... that person ceases to exist in your life.

It's a fact...we are all headed towards death...for some it comes earlier, for others it comes later. Unfortunately we can't control how/where/when it happens.

I'm pretty convinced that "The good die young and pricks live forever..."
