I got a really bad sunburn on saturday. i got some burn relief gel and applied it to my skin, and the gel contained melaluca oil(tea tree oil)....didnt know this but it is a burning agent....not knowing this i went into the sun again and now i have a very bad sunburn. i have some smaller blisters and im not sure if anyone can give me some remedies to soothe it....ive tried aloe vera and its not helping

I have really pale skin and burn easily. I just completely cover myself in moisturiser so my face or whatever is a big greasy mess but it feels really good and seems to help the burn to go away quicker.

im not sure what to say since you do have small blisters,,,when my daughter had a minor burn on her stomach area (which did blister) the doctor prescribed silver sulfadiazine cream,,,,,also in the future before you blister, i know that vinegar takes the burn out of a sunburn and also i do think noxema helps as soothing a sunburn,,,as does aloe vera,,,,,

i hope your feeling better and your sunburn has cleared up some :)

    Peace~Love~Light

Aloe aloe aloe aloe.....fresh from the plant is BEST but if you cant get your hands on either a plant or some leaves (you can get them at the grocery store and health food store sometimes) then go grab a jug of 100% pure aloe juice and stick it in the fridge for a few hours before putting it on.....just keep putting it on...when it dries, put more on....repeat repeat repeat and DRINK WATER!!!! Mwah!

they sell this green aloe vera (fruit of the earth?) that's for sunburn relief...the 100% clear stuff BURNS! I got a really bad sunburn earlier this year and that stuff helped a lot.
