what kind of mushrooms are the strongest? I know that cubes are consitered to be medium, but are there stronger ones, and if so are there any good guides out there to growing them.
It's relitive but id have to say Psilocybe azurescens are the most potent. very very very hard to grow. Try Panaeolus Cyanescens .
Azurescens is the most potent, followed by bohemica. I think the wood lovers in general are the more potent variety.
alright thanks =) on a scale 1-10 1 being growing cubes, and 10 being like making lsd. how hard are they to grow? Just wondering if it's worth giving it a try.
I'd say probably a five or a six. First off, they grow on wood chips, and also you have to keep them in something cold like a refrigerator. I've seen them grown in display refrigerators, with clear glass doors.
Ive had some wood growing wild mushrooms from BC, a 1 gram trip blows a 5 gram trip of cubes out of the water, A little too intense if your not expecting it. But very nice otherwise.
alright thanks! =D I was able to find a few guides just now and it look like it would be do able, but i would need more space than i have now. Also a bigger investment in equipment then i am willing to dish out. In the near future i'll tackle one of the loveing mushrooms. just wondering are the experances the same? or is one more spirital than the other.
Besides cubes, I've only ever tried Panaeolus Cyanescens. I would would say their is differences in the experiences between them, though difficult to try to quantify but they did have a different feel to them. From what I've read, of some of the other species, are also different, at least subtly. Psilocybe Beaocystis, I have heard, produces more visuals.
Earlier this summer I think I may have had Beaocystis. I'll spare the details, but an aquaintance hooked me up with over a 1/4 ounce for 10. I took well over half of the bag in tea, and had complete rainbow vision, birds in the sky leaving semi-digital multicolored ripple trails in the sky. Only light mental effects, and a different body buzz from the signature Cubenisis buzzing I'm used to. I guess these specimens had higher levels of Baeocystin than most Psilocybe fungus, as that is the only way I can account for these effects. They were more stringy than flakey-Gold Caps, and had thinner stems. Well, this is all pretty irrelevant because these motherfuckers were weak.
i wouldnt say 5-6 that'd be like synthesizing mdma..i'd say maybe 3 but its all relative to the scale...if you got money for all the equipment then it'd be pretty piss...x x x
