Radicalism has traditionally been associated with left wingers i.e. socialists, communists, and frequently anarchists too. Thus to discredit the hippies whose primary beliefs were in peace and love, the establishment sometimes referred to us as "hippy, commie, pinko, queers." Being gay is not usually associated with left wing radicalism but the establishment threw it in for good measure so to speak, just to discourage any of us who had any doubts about our sexuality from associating with peace loving, loving love, hippies.

Today, we know there is such a thing as right wing or fascist radicalism too. Thus the development of groups like the Skin Heads, the Aryan Nation, and the Neo Nazis, to mention just a few.

My contention is that the vast majority of hippies fall into the right wing, fascist type whereas the "real" or "true" or "genuine" hippies are the left wing radical type. Those of us who believe ourselves to be the genuine hippies find ourselves increasingly more susceptible to the beliefs of the much more numerous, pseudo, quasi, right wing, fascist hippies.

Thus the reason behind why I myself have started a conspiracy thread. Conspiracies are usually the domain of right wing fascists.

The left and right are two masks on the same face. Both are used in different way to manipulate us. The elites use the left as much as they use the right, and they belong to neither.

    Fascist hippies :D

All sides are administered from the top, including the radical Left and "hippy" movement. The hippy movement was never a grassroots movement, but one that was promoted into popularity by the media from the top in order to destroy the family unit by promoting so-called "free love" and feminism, to get people into drugs, to break down the moral fabric of society, and to bring about an overall shift in consciousness toward the New Age, where Christianity would be abolished in order to make way for a new world religion.

The hippy movement itself is based on the pagan Cult of Isis ceremonies of the Egyptian and Roman Empires, which were not much different from a hippy "love-in," where there would be orgies, lots of drugs, and rhythmic music. So "hippydom" did not really originate with the 60's, but was practiced all throughout history by the decadent inner Elite. I mean, we can go back to the 1700's with Benjamin Franklin and the Hellfire Club at High Wycomb, and it was the same thing then as well.

One of the people who was commissioned by the Crown to help spearhead the hippy movement was Aldous Huxley, who, along with his homosexual lover, D.H. Lawrence, was a member of the "Children of the Sun," which was a Dionysian-type cult that consisted of the children of Britain's Roundtable Elite.

Brave new world is eerily similar to the 60s movement (and on).

    Coinsidance? I think not.

Books like BNW, Logans run and 1984 are some of the better sources on what to expect if people do not wake up, in my opinion. Because they are under the guise of fiction, people don't take it seriously and put it off as something impossible in reality. But what they put off is what is really happening.

"That Which is Programmed in Fiction, Programs Your Acceptance of a Planned Future." The hippie movement is an example. Kind of programmed to happen. Not really as spontaneous as I use to think. But a lot of people still yearn for that time, a BNW type lifestyle..that is sad.

Kind of ironic that being a hippie is sold under the guise of being an individual when all it really is, is yet another restrictive label.

People believe that they are thinking for themselves when they become a hippie but it is restraining. Why not be an actual individual and cut out the labels. The hippie ideal may be thinking outside the box in a way, but is still within the system. Which is the thing you need to attempt to think outside of.

It is just another way to create conflict, along with religion, sports (damn those yankees [IMG]) and politics (the new religion as I see it, as society strides towards a more secular outlook).

Yes, and another big name in all of this predictive programming was HG Wells, who was a Fabian socialist and was also commissioned by the Crown, working for British intelligence, who wrote books like The Shape of Things to Come, The Open Conspiracy, and the very aptly titled New World Order. In the movie Things to Come, which is based on the book of similar title, there is a group called the "Freemasonry of Airmen" where, at the end of the movie, they fly over all the cities spraying "peace gas" that puts everyone to sleep. After everyone is put to sleep, a scientific one world government is ushered in.

You can watch the entire movie online here.

Kids are taught in school today that books like Brave New World and 1984 are railing against big brother and tyranny, but when you look at the writers of these books, nothing could be further from the truth. All one needs to do is listen to the speech Huxley gave at Berkeley in 1962, which was really the precursor to what people like Zbigniew Brzezinski would later write about in the early 70's, with the "technotronic era."

Click here to listen to this speech Huxley gave. Also listen to the question and answer session, which is also quite revealing.

Few people have a clue about Huxley's aristocratic background and that his grandfather, Thomas Huxley, a high Freemason and humanist, was one of the founders of the Rhodes Roundtable groups. Thomas Huxley was very close throughout his life with Arnold Toynbee, who belonged to the RIIA and was in charge of recuiting Rhodes Scholars at Oxford. Aldous Huxley and his brother Julian, who founded UNESCO, were tutored at Oxford by HG wells, who was the head of British foreign intelligence during World War I.

With people like Eric Blair (aka George Orwell), he was always for the agenda until later on in his life, when he came realize that he was simply being used for this agenda. Like HG Wells, Blair was also a Fabian socialist. He was also a member of the UK Foreign Office, as well as a producer for the BBC, which has always been the propaganda arm of the British government.

So it's important to know that these books were written with insider knowledge of this agenda, as these agendas are planned decades and decades in advance. These books were not simply predicting the future, but telling you of a future that was to come based on a written plan, which we have now arrived at.

So, did Huxley support the agenda to the end, or did he end up defecting like Orwell?

Just like you can't critisize a war unless you've fought in it? Bullshit. Just because you've experienced something doesn't mean you're better equipped to understand the background behind it than someone who hasn't.

I can dig it Jim. What the fuck do I know about being a hippy. I always knew it was the ones who were "over" thirty that were the real hippies but because they had so much more experience and their perspective was so much broader than mine there was just no way they could communicate what they knew to me. Sort of like some super intelligent extra terrestial life entity lighting down on earth and trying to figure out a way to explain to us lowly earthlings what he/she/it knew. It might take it so long to figure out a way to simplify its knowledge to the point that we could understand it that in the end the effort would be so great that it would overcome the exterrestials ability to be itself. Hope that analogy wasn't too confusing.

Anyway, jim kirby, anyone who gets pissed about who or what a real hippy is has got to be a real hippy themselves.

    Peace bro'
keep fighting the good fight, (the one for peace).

so who has any ideas on what is to be done to protect onesself from the tyranny

    here are easier ways:
-find natural ways of healing instead of pharmaceutical medicine
-walk/ride bike 100% of the time instead of drive
-buy local and/or organic instead of supporting chains and stores that depend on oil to move their food
    -don't get a credit card
-don't watch tv or get news from typical sites or newspapers. Go indie.

    more drastic measures

-try and get some land to grow your own food
    -move out into the woods

and of course there are many other ways too

Anything a person can do to minimize their dependence on the system is good. Carl mentioned an important one, which is to get rid of your credit cards if you have any. Credit cards (and loans) are being pushed on people, including young teenage kids at an alarming rate. The goal is to get them in debt as early as possible, because through debt the public can be easier controlled and manipulated. At the same time we live in a culture where materialism is the new religion of the masses. This is by complete design and goes along hand in glove with this system of credit and debt. If you can promote decadence in people, they will consume more and of course have more debt, as well as be preoccupied with material things versus those which really matter.

Living away from cities is also a good thing. Plato said that cities are the proverbial beehives, and if you look back in history to the ancient civilizations of Babylon and Rome, you understand that it was all about getting people into these cities so they could be controlled. If you can corral things like food, water, clothing and shelter, you can corral the people as well and get them all to move into these confined areas where they can work as this sort of hive for, as Pike said, "the betterment of society" -- THEIR society. In the event of a martial law situation, people who are less dependent on the system are going to be much better off, at least for the time being. Those who live in the country, who grow their own food, who chop their own wood and rely on wells instead of the municipal water supply are going to fare a lot better than those who live in the cities and towns (this includes myself), who depend on the system for pretty much all of these.

Another thing is to stay as healthy as possible. Try to eat well. Try to rid your dependence on pharmaceuticals and instead look to natural alternatives. Because once you end up in the hospital, you are essentially their guinea pig. And I can guarantee you the treatment the average person gets is a lot different than what those at the top receive.

as much crap as the us health care system is, Europe's is crap in an entirely different way. almost opposite. A large number of Europeans are too dependent on pharma companies to save them from all sorts of wounds and sickness because, after all, it is "free". so we will take that pill for anything under the sun.

Because of lack of care in the US, people tend to tough it out on their own more. But both people from Europe and US remain ignorant to alternate healing and get screwed in different ways.

I can't believe how much people are taxed in Europe for their "free national healthcare" which isn't much better than the US, just different types of drugs from the same powerful companies.

I am surprised the US has not just started national healthcare, would it not fit into the elites agenda? If people without healthcare could get medicine, they would take it. Isn't that what is wanted? More guniea pigs to be controlled?

With that said, the #1 thing to do is trust your body and find ways to heal yourself and keep healthy by avoiding processed foods laced with additives. Soda alone kills your immune system and so does fast food. I would say avoid GM, but that is obvious as people are fighting that very hard and have pushed it out of many stores. The produce section I am currently working in (temporary) does not have any GM food. They tried it years ago and people were just way to pissed. so it was no more.

So, try and get food from honest sources if you can.

    oh yes

-no cell phone. or, at least leave it behind unless you really need it.
-social networking sites are fishy. If you must join facebook, leave out any personal info. I mean, employers can and will check up on employees if they want, so nothing about anything bad you did at work. But, who knows who else checks up.

Never had and do not have now: a credit card, or a cell phone
Never: owned my own car (don't drive at all any more and never will again); never owned my own telivison (don't have one now)

    Carlfloydfan,
The American Health Care system is a little worse then what you may think for some of us. There is a National Health Care System of sorts. It's called Medicare and Medicaid. Anyone who admits to being mentally ill can get it. Then it uses the governments money to pay for drugs for us, and for the salaries of the psychiatrists who perscribe them. None of us want these drugs in the first place but are forced to take them because we can't get housing or Social Security benefits unless we take them. Meanwhile we get no real medical attention what-so-ever. We go to doctors, and no matter what is wrong with us, they give us a clean bill of health, bill us, and send us packing.

No, I am not African American - YES, I was born in America and so were my parents - No I am not retarded, my IQ is 125 - YES, I am caucasion with nothing but eastern European blood in me going as far back as anybody knows

I need to get back to the country. There's nothing left in American cities but police agencies and those who cooperate with them.

A lot of "hippies" today are just trying to act out what they've seen on TV depicting hippies. The real ones today are the people who have opened their minds and are going for the true level of all existence.

Drop out of the rat race :)
