that's so awesome. i'm kinda a bit freaked by all the £50000 white weddings that are becoming the norm, so it's nice to see something different and creative!

Aw, thanks ladies! We did the wedding in Pacific City, OR... We're both from the west coast, and we had already planned this trip out to Oregon. The ocean in general, and this spot in particular, holds a LOT of meaning and feeling for both of us (both separately and together). Anyway, we planned the thing on pretty short notice... only decided to do it about 5 weeks ahead of time. When Ian asked if I wanted to do it, he said he'd had a sort of... vision... of it happening right there in that spot, and everything worked out. I actually got prints of the one with us kissing in the water to send out with the thank-you cards. It's my favorite by far.
I'm a huge fan of those clohtes. I love non-traditional weddings one time I went to a costume wedding one of the funnest of my life
I do prefer a white wedding and later I am going to wear a Jaquard and a top hat on my wedding, in a gothic cathedral ^^
