i'm happy. can't say as i was happy BEFORE i existed. have no way of knowing. therefore it follows that all i can say is that i'm happier alive than not based upon the information available to me.
I would have rather been born on the dark continent Perhaps somewhere in the majestic rift valley, running around naked and hunting gazelles with my own personal spear (which I would have proudly named destiny) Hotwater

yeah, but that's just people making shit up. running around naked in a beautiful place, hunting up my menu sounds wonderful, though.
If tomorrow all the things were gone, I’d worked for all my life. And I had to start again, with just my children and my wife. I’d thank my lucky stars, to be livin here today. ‘ Cause the flag still stands for freedom, and they can’t take that away. And I’m proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free. And I wont forget the men who died, who gave that right to me. And I gladly stand up, next to you and defend her still today. ‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land, God bless the USA. From the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee. Across the plains of Texas, From sea to shining sea. From Detroit down to Houston, and New York to L.A. Well there's pride in every American heart, and its time we stand and say. That I’m proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free. And I wont forget the men who died, who gave that right to me. And I gladly stand up, next to you and defend her still today. ‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land, God bless the USA. And I’m proud to be and American, where at least I know I’m free. And I wont forget the men who died, who gave that right to me. And I gladly stand up, next to you and defend her still today. ‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land, God bless the USA.
sorry, but how can anybody be proud of any country, under any idiology, economics or belief, who'se message to the rest of the world is "kiss our ass or we'll kill you"? as for freedom, i think that's a great idea, i'm all for it. i'll also believe it when i see it. when i see people not being deomonized for refusing to kiss the ass of little green pieces of paper and trying to impress each other not being prioritised ahead of the avoidance of causing suffering and harm, not only in the rest of the world, but even here at home. when america starts remembering as country, how to do anything besides destroy, THEN it might BECOME something to be proud of. =^^= .../\...
I was born in America. Dont care what anyone thinks. Damn near everything of who i am is coming from where i was born and raised. You know what? Im damn proud of that because its who i am now. For that i am thankfull.
