The liablity will be decided in court, but for over a month she 1) saw and felt the results of wearing the flip-flops and 2) continued to wear them? I hope she learned to stop wearing shoes that leave painful marks on your feet.

    eh it depends

sometimes new flip flops (and even shoes) are a pain in the ass to break in. especially when you never wear flip flops to begin with, like my gf.

But eventually you get use to them. You could mistake a bruise or a little blood for simply breaking them in.

Though a month IS a lot of time...

    Are you actually blaming her?

If she only wore them "on & off" for a month and they were the first sandals of the summer, it takes about that long to wear-in those kind of sandals.

Those cheap sh*t sandals burnt the skin off her feet-literally. I don't think anything you wear should do that, call me crazy.

Hope it teaches people not to shop at walmart. If I was a chinese factory employee making 60 cents an hour, I would at least THINK of fucking with the products I make.
