Latley I've been looking for a indoor purple mostly sativa, all I could find is Shaman by D.P but its not all that potent most purple sativas were outdoor and season is basicly over for me. Im being picky, but does anyone know of an indoor potent puple sativa?

most sativas are termed 'outdoor' because they grow so huge. look for a mix.

Most purple buds aren't all that potent, just looks at purple urkle or gran daddy purp, both of those are sub par as far as potency is concerned. Also try to stay away from DP, theyre the bottom of the barrel as far as breeders go IMO. If it's the sativa head high that you want they try some C99, it came from a pheno of jack herer and flowers in a lil over 50 days.

And willy you def can grow sativas indoors, it just takes skill and knowledge, I've seen it done first hand. That being said, I stick to mixes simply because I don't have enough trust in myself quite yet, and dont want to waste 12 weeks and end up with a plant whos stretch I couldn't control.

Same as above on purple strains, turning weed purple is just a trick to jack the price of so-so weed. If you want a good indoor mostly sativa check out Swazi Safrai from The Flying Dutchman. They also used to have a Durbin Poison/skunk cross that was a sativa pheno. and did pretty well indoors but I can't rember what they called it.

purple is an indication of an indica if i remember correctly. Sativas turn red and even sometimes black. So to me it seems like there would be some indica in your purp sativa. Anyone else's thoughts?

You can turn almost any strain purple with cool nights, and a high day/night temp deferential. Of couse some strains are easier than others. Note: Purple=less potent!

HMMMMM........ we must be from different worlds!>)

Here in the Emerald triangle we grow some purple/red indica that will tune ya right up =>O

TTH,>) Sativas don't turn purple or red, I know this 'cause I just checked the sativas growing in the next room:)>) as far as temps making a diff in the color?>| the room next door runs between 40F-90F between light n dark but their still beige :>\ and the Indica is still red/purple{:>]

Now I'm gonna stir up the pot;>P

Potency happens!>) but what is potent to one isn't always for another!>P
depends on whether one wants THC CBD CBN etc. Each has it's own favorite food, lighting, and total veg/flower time just like different strains:>)
