    Is anyone going? i never been before is alright to light up a joint during it where its going on or will you get arrested?

    Well I was going to go to the one in chicago, but I couldn't. A freind went and said it was fine. There was also a group of guys running around sharing a massive joint I had heard.

    The peace and hemp fest is all about changing laws not breaking them.

    I don't think Im going this year, I have to work :(. But I've been four years I think, and it's always a good time. Obviously, don't just blantently light up because there are cops there, and they are EVERYWHERE. I say your safest bet is going into a crowd of people so the police can't really see you. A few years ago it rained though and everyone was smushed in a tent. People were just smoking everywhere and the cops couldn't do a damn thing because so many people were just smoking infront of them.

    i went to 311 in atlanta on thursday and it was crazy. we smoked four blunts of headies throughout like a 1 and a half hr show. by the end i got kinda paranoid cause i noticed the cops then i realized that there were thousands of people there and the cops know the deal
