Man, I was walking through this elementary school one time, and I saw this 4 year old take off his belt, and strap it around his arm, gently started slapping his arm, and shot up a nice syringe full of some pure raw. Then he went into cardiac arrest, and I laughed.

I went into cardiac arrest when I read that. I also saw a video of some kid who was like 13 that was offered ice and he ended up smoking it and going crazy and was sent to jail and was rambling to himself for like 3 days. If that's not pinpoint accurate i dont know what is.
