Will Schultz 10-15-10 fertilizer work? it says its good for inside plants, plants in a pot and plants in the ground..
Nutrients/fertilizers indicate the composition by N-P-K, which stands for Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium (Potash). For veg you want something that is highest in the first number, like 20-10-10. Nitrogen is needed for growth and make plants a beautiful vibrant emerald green. And use organic nutrients. You start fertilizing when the plant is 2 weeks old, indoors or out. You want to first amend the soil with a top quality potting soil, or use quality potting soil in a large container. You'll want to use a nutrient designed for vegatative growth, then switch to a flowering nutrient right around this time of year. Organic fertilizers produce tastier bud. I recommend Fox Farms
Age says he's 14.. i doubt he can afford Fox Farm Schultz is fine if its water soluble. I'd probably cut it in 1/2 dosage though. Use it up until the last couple weeks of season, then just flush soil w/ water.
