my dreads ate my shades!

    nortly things!!
    i just treated myself to contact lenses and a pair of funky new shades and have had them (the shades, not the contacts :p) on top of my head for possibly 10 minutes, it has taken twice as long to get my dreads to regurgitate them lol!

    LOL! I had the same thing happen! I put them on my head for like two seconds and it took 3 minutes to remove them.Theres something about "coolness" Dreadlocks like.

    Look at Ace Ventura......Plus ya know.....Sunglasses being eaten by dreads is a serious issue and needs to be addressed as such to prevent future incidents....*snort* :lol:

    Same problem! lol, they do it with my ear piercings too! Actually lost a few stretchers to dreads aswell.. oh well!

    oooh thats a good point i was gonna get my ears pierced soon, do you think i should wait till my dreads are behaving themselves a bit more?

    Yeah, I learned the hard way (many times over, and still apparently need reminding on occasion) not to hold my sunglasses on top of my head like that. :)

    I personally found it funny lol, i just sleep with my hair back or in a tam now. They really do eat everything, nearly lost an eyebrow bar last night too. Only seems to happen at night for me... curious!
