Forget the UN panel's report. This update from the world's most respected climatologists claims the UN vastly underestimated the effects of global warming on the world's ice sheets.

They say the ice sheets could completely collapse in a matter of decades, not centuries, raising see levels by meters.

The main reason is that as ice melts and turns into water, the Earth loses its ability to reflect back the sun's rays, and the seas and newly exposed land heats up much more.

We are already seeing these effects in places like Siberia and the Arctic where temps are already 9 degrees above normal. Overall the temp of the Earth's oceans has already increased 1 degree celsius over the past 50 years.

These scientist say we have 10 years to put in place a RADICAL program to reduce greenhouse gases, and if we don't our society as it is now is doomed.

They say we shouldn't be using fossil fuels AT ALL!

 

As a matter of fact, MASS EXTINCTIONS are also part of "nature", and have happened many times in the past, including several that wiped out 95% of ALL life forms on the planet's surface.

What scares scientists is that all their readings seem to be pointing towards a NEW MASS EXTINCTION. In fact more species are currently becoming extinct, faster than ever in the geological record. Likewise the signs that we are heading towards the same fate are very similar to those that appeared before previous mass extinctions.

What started the biggest mass extinctions in geologic history was dramatic short-term changes in the composition of the atmosphere and oceans of the Earth. Just like what is happening today (although the exact gas ratios may have been different).

So get your FACTS right.

It's very simple: Every private communication between two or more people is a CONSPIRACY.

So EVERYTHING must be a conspiracy!

And for a conspiracy to last for more than a hundred years and involve hundreds if not thousands of people, it would have to be the MOST OBVIOUS conspiracy in history.

But what happens when a conspiracy gets so big?

Dozens of smaller conspiracies hatch, often at odds with the original.

So there is NO BEGINNING, NO END, NO DIVIDING points between conspiracies as you would have us believe.

Look at some of the biggest and oldest conspiracies in existence:
The Catholic Church (or any) - Invisible? No. Full of secrets and conspiracies, Yes.
Any gov't - is a conspiracy of individuals to coalese power over others in a geographic area
Every treaty - is a conspiracy of collections of individuals to benefit their self interests.
Every Political Party - is a conspiracy dedicated to promote a certain agenda

I could go on and on. So a few elite have economic, social & political plans for others.

Yes, and no doubt we have Hundreds of thousands of years of observing these celestial bodies up close with probes to know exactly how much they have changed and over what period.

The ice caps of Mars recede and expand EVERY year because they are seasonal. As far as the residual "permenant" cap goes...

I'm not talking about FUEL alternatives. Even that is just a SMALL part of the big picture, of the BIG system. There's much more at stake here than OIL. It's all about CAPITALISM and it's DEFECTS, which are now becoming all too apparent to the world's population.

I studied economics and business and know the flaws that exist in its philosophy of "maximizing profits" at the expense of minimizing its humanity.

Exploiting resources of third world countries to profit a few shareholders in first world countries is just PART of the problem.
