Absolutely not a bad idea...for one, it makes you less nervous because you know that if you have a bad trip you will have someone there to talk you down, and less nervousness = better trip
I wouldnt dive in head first before reading a little about the substance. It can take you to places youve never imagined. Best to be safe and do a little research, also, remember that this plant will feel different for each person who chooses to ingest it. Don't let her ask "are you feeling it already?" all the time, this may ruin your experience. She should be doing only things you want and ask her to do. If you ask her to talk then let her talk etc. Lol, there is no need to stay locked in a room for a day. All the effects will be gone after 1h. Keep it dark, silent and let yourself go. Don't panic, whatever you may think or feel. You WILL be safe.
I finally did it. I didnt get the mind blowing effects id hoped for so im going to try again. I did feel something, and everything will really amazing. I just didnt get visuals at all.
