I'd agree with the fight sequences in the movies Enter the Dragon and Kung Fu Hustle, but I'd also include on that list the final battle in the movie Two Champions of Shaolin, Drunken Master II (Not the original Drunken Master) Return of the Dragon (The Fight sequence with Chuck Norris) and several other movies involving The Venom Gang :)

I would say Drunken Master, Five Shaolin Masters(great action I saw the version with English subtitles verry original fighting scenes with actual Shaolin whushu styles), Eagle vs. Silver Fox(specially liked the scene where silver fox leaped from rooftop to rooftop and where he punched a hole in a tree and his arm got stuck in the tree) also the movies with Carter Wong and Bolo Yueng were nice to watch ,Enter the Dragon Exit the Tiger,5 Element Kung Fu, Drunken master,The Legend of Drunken master,The Shaolin Temple(Jet Li accidentally killed a dog and ate it) great fight scenes also...if I can remember more I will post them

I'd go with Jet Li's Fearless (the competition between countries), Hero (Nameless and Broken Arrow's fight) and Legend of the Fist (last boss battle).

...Although the fight scenes in Kung Pow are quite amusing too ^_^
