sunday me and this guy i'm dating got pulled over cuz i had to pee like it was noones business since i was tanked and stoned, so he was trying to get me to the bathroom as fast as possible and squealed his tires getting there. So the damn cops heard and flashed their fucking cherries at us. I got the breathelyzer and they pulled three partial joints outta my bag. My man got a minor cuz he blew a .07 and i got a minor (blew a .087) PLUS possession of marijuana charges. MY QUestion is:::::: What do you think my charges will be? help me with this by using my evidence... 1. i had a small amount of marijuana on me. 2. i blew a .087 3. i'm 17 this fucking sucks now cuz i don't know how much my fines will be. i'm thinking they could range from 100 to 300. but i have never got caught beofre so i'm in a complete loss.
well sinceu have a clean record maybe u will just get probation or omunity service. im not a lawyer so i cant say for sure.

i can do "the time" but i need to money for rent and bills and my car. i can't be stashing away money for the government. it's bullshit i wasn't careful and it's bullshit it ends like this. o well. live and learn.
they should have given you a ticket listing the charges. i don't know what the penalty is for underage, and pot probably varies by state, but it was only $75 when i was caught with a small amount. in my case, i think the judge lowered the minor fines because he already gave me a big one for the DUI
i blew a .20 a while back, and only got a 24 hour suspension, fuck soo lucky got 500$ in tickets though
When I got arrested for underage drinking (it was acutally DUI... on a bicycle) I blew a .08 I got 32 hours of community service. Considering that I was grounded for a long time, those 32 hours were VERY fun. If it's your first time they might give you communtiy service, but since you had some ganja and it may vary from state to state... who knows. It sucks to get arrested, but sitting in the shitty little cell was damn comfortable.
depends on where you live.. wisconsin you can have like 20 DUI's and still have a license but get fucked on the marijuana... Minnesota.. you'd be pretty fucked with the underage/DUI.. but probably get the marijuana dropped since the 1st charge is greater you best bet is to get a decent representative and try to get one of the charges dropped.. my guess it would be easier to drop the petty possession.. as long as your state has pretty lax marijuana laws
Sucks, I am sorry, but it IS illegal and you shoulda been more careful. I know it still sucks, just be more careful next time. I hope it works out for you. If you were nice an compliant with the cops you will probablly get a more lenient scentance, but who knows, it always varies depending on where you live, the cops, and the judge.
Thats what payment plans are for. I should know, I've paid off 8 tickets in the past 2 months, paid my car repair bills, and put a downpayment on a new apartment for me and my son. And I am about, hmm...$35,000 in debt, all inclusive.
it's always worth it to try and be compliant, but it really depends on what the cops felt like writing on the complaint. i was extremely compliant last time, but i still got a resisting arrest charge just because i was asleep and didn't hear him the first time he tried to get my attention. i told the judge that and if anything it seemed to piss him off that i was wasting his time and not just pleading a simple guilty
