FINE and COURT ?'s.

sunday me and this guy i'm dating got pulled over cuz i had to pee like it was noones business since i was tanked and stoned, so he was trying to get me to the bathroom as fast as possible and squealed his tires getting there. So the damn cops heard and flashed their fucking cherries at us. I got the breathelyzer and they pulled three partial joints outta my bag. My man got a minor cuz he blew a .07 and i got a minor (blew a .087) PLUS possession of marijuana charges.


MY QUestion is::::::

What do you think my charges will be?
help me with this by using my evidence...
1. i had a small amount of marijuana on me.
2. i blew a .087
3. i'm 17


this fucking sucks now cuz i don't know how much my fines will be. i'm thinking they could range from 100 to 300. but i have never got caught beofre so i'm in a complete loss.

You will most likely just get fines. When I got a minor I had to pay $200.

if it was your first charge you may get community service and a fine. That is what a few of my friends had to do but that was a long time ago.

 

I think it really depends what state you're in for the possession. But a first offence shouldn't be TOO big a deal.
