Laptop monitor on the fritz; PLEASE HELP!

    My laptop monitor, which I've had replaced once after an unfortunate accident, has recently started acting up. There seems to be a loss of color/resolution on one side of the screen, which dissipates when i apply light pressure to the back. If I move the screen at all, the picture distorts like an old TV set. Resetting the computer provided a temporary fix. Please help!

    Maybe some of the wires connecting your monitor are loose? That happens sometimes so you get all these problems with your monitor.
