I use to skate and if any cop did that to me and my friends, that fucker would get beat the fuck down!

That cop's conduct is uncalled for and excessive, especially for an infraction like skateboarding where prohibited. He should lose his job because he is not fit to be a police officer with negative psychological reactions like that to minor events. What's next, rubber bullets and tear gas for jay walkers.

Back in my sk8boarding days, I have been kicked out of places dozens and dozens of times by property owners, private security and police, and none of them ever reacted anything like that.

 

At least three people in this thread have said they'd fight back if the cop tried to arrest them for that. I wonder how many actually would. If you would, that's a good thing, but I think some people are making promisies they can't live up to.

When trying to fight off a cop, never hit them. Only defend yourself. Stop them if they try to hit you, do what's necessary to get them off of you, but don't make any aggressive actions. It'll look better, afterwards.

DO resist tho. if they are wrongfully arresting u, RESIST. if everyone does, the system WILL break.

Oh you just don't know how fucking crazy me and my friends were!We were young and fast so we were never dumb enough to listen to a cop or security guard that told us to come here.When a cop did creep up and surprise us,we would just stay there and they usually just told us to leave.I never got a ticket for skateboarding,only coming back from skating,cause I didn't have a train pass for the metro.

Me and two of my friends did have to use our boards to get my friends board back.:jester: This fat fuck nobody took my friends brand new board so we surrounded him and started swinging away.Only one of my friends connected,but he got him on the hand so he had the board in one hand then my friend ran up and took his board back.


He wasn't a cop or security guard,just some dumbass who worked for the school.We knew alot of the janitors,public safety officers and they were cool about us skating at the school,just as long as we put the benches that we used back.

Those kids were taunting the cop. Well deserved.

 

Taunts deserve physical violence, nice world we live in these days.

 

I don't remember "taunting" be justifiable for physical rage from our police force...if it is we should all be very afraid.

 

regardless, i dont think choking was necessary. VIOLENCE of any kind is rarely necessary. i hate cops in general. dont get me wrong, ive met guys who are really nice and are cops, but usually they tend to overdo things.
