No, no thought pops right out of the blue. There is always a trigger, even if it's a subconscious one that people cannot recognize or notice.
Yes, but according to this theory the thought is triggered, so your acting on it is triggered by the thought that was already triggered.
Not at all, it has nothing to do with it. The thoughts are your own, they are just triggered by something. It has nothing to do with free will.
If they are triggered that means that you do not control it completely yourself, thus there is no free will. I can not even believe that there are actually people who do believe in free will, but that is a different discussion.
A thought is not an action. People think about random insignificant things all the time. Good people think about bad things and bad people think about good things. The difference between the two is action. Free will and freedom have nothing to do with thought and have everything to do with action.
They are usually triggered by you or something within you. Every person is affected by external factors, this has nothing to do with free will.
